im only plat 2 kiri main so im not gonna be giving any crazy advice and u can wait for someone higher but heres my advice:

often times u tp to your dive tank who's in the middle of the enemy team, as kiri u have no sustain, u usually dont wanna tp to your dive tank who's entire job is to go in and get out because they have their whole kit to do so, both times u did, your tank was actually 100% fine without your tp, and you almost died due to it. U dont have to follow a dive tank into the dive. You can throw a few ofudas/suzu towards their way instead (or pressure their supports/dps which is as good as healing ur tank as it takes away damage from them)

if u see ur dps on a flank, u can tp to them and support their angle, often times ur reaper/soldier contested high ground or flanks, u could've been with him, because juno was on main healing already, u dont wanna stack healer on top of healer and u should look for opportunities and helping open up the flanks with your dps who'd do great things with your support

u dont contest high ground/flanks enough and the enemy capitalizes on it

u often use suzu on things that dont need suzu

often times you sit in the backline and healbot the tank who's already 80% hp, u should look around for more dmg

often times you focus too much on healing the tank without looking at your other teammates who are squishies and need healing too

hmm i think you improved on flanking here a bit, u contested the right flank at the start of the game and even got to their backline once, but still stayed too much at the frontlines and on the robot, most of the time leave the robot to ur team, u can use that downtime between fights to set up for the next fight on flank

id say you sometimes panic during team fights, to help with that and to avoid panic, you should work on your positioning so you dont feel disoriented i find its the #1 way to feel in control of the environment and not panic ex. see your whole team, and see your enemies, without being in the middle of the whole fight happening, typically on a flank of some sort or even behind your team depending what the situation is (tbh i cant judge it properly which one to choose 100% of the time either)

u can improve on cover usage, as you climb higher, you will die more often if you stay in the open like this as the aim of your opponents will vastly improve

reaction times could be better, remember to get into the muscle memory of using your suzu for things like: seeing your teammate being pinned by enemy rein, predicting reaper ult, etc.

i think one mistake you still are doing in this vod is focusing a bit too much on your tank again ex. fight happening in the front, tank is way in the back, ur waiting for the tank to come back to heal his 70% hp, but the fight in the front has your squishies dying and your back is turned to them

general tips: if u see ur teammate engaging or diving, u can preemptively throw a few ofuda by the time it gets to them they might've taken damage and it heals them

u should start getting into the muscle memory of healing + shooting at least 1 kunai in between your healing, this maximizes dps output and heal output. You can hold mouse button and it will shoot 2 kunais inbetween healing, in exchange for a slightly lower heal output. Use situationally one kunai if the situation needs urgent healing, and 2 kunais if it doesnt need urgent healing and you can allow for more dmg.
