i lost 3 in a row yesterday playing mainly winston with a bit of rein and sigma. I am a controller player on pc moved from console where i was a masters 4 tank and found myself struggling to get out of plat i peaked plat 1 last season but wow i dont know how to improve any advice you can give would be appreciated maps hollywood, ilios and numbani in order

Just curious but why do you choose to handicap yourself by using a controller while on pc?

I'm used to it and I don't have a mouse

Don't wanna get into nitty gritty but I rarely ever have used a mouse and keyboard for anything

Winston
- Using jump pack to survive more
- Dropping on the enemy when we can, instead of engaging with jump always
- Go onto the targets you get value on
- Playing to go in with bubble, playing around our bubble usage and then disengaging once bubble is (close to) broken
- Just being more self sufficient to use up the team's resources less, and to allow us to engage more often and better

Like if I'm jumping on someone on high ground than it's obviously ok to goomba stomp right and to maybe secure a kill?

If you can't land or walk to them without taking poke, or if you know with confidence you can kill them and you don't need to get out then it's fine to jump
