The code is TMEK6R my username is ryuzaki I'm a console Mercy player stuck in gold. How can I enhance my positioning? I'm aiming to improve by studying high-level Mercy gameplay, focusing on positioning near cover and teammates, and learning from positioning mistakes. Any tips for climbing out of gold with better Mercy skills?

Hi! I watched the first half of it and I thought you played really well^^ Your mechanics have room to be refined but they were pretty decent! The one thing I think you need to practice on which is going to take some time but 100% improve your mercy gameplay, is your gamesense. What I mean by that since you already know the basics of mercy, who you should heal/dmg boost, etc pretty well, you should focus on thinking what is the enemy gonna do, and what can I get away with. One thing you could start with is ult tracking, for instance if you know what ults the enemy team have, you can start to predict what they might use next fight. This way you don't get caught off- guard and without an escape when the enemy team throws a dva bomb in your direction, or a pharah comes flying in the air and barrages. Another thing you can practice is to be more aware of enemy flankers, like where they are, where they are going, etc... Gamesense mostly comes with playing the game, since you learn what you should do and not do when playing! One thing you can do is think after every death, why did I die there and could I have prevented it? Mercy isn't super viable this season and is arguably one of the worst supports atm, which is why you might find it harder to climb with her in comparison with other supports. Good luck climbing and lmk if anything was unclear! wrote this in a rush xd
