#don't know what i can be doing better as mercy

I can't watch the whole thing atm since I'm heading to bed but I looked at the first couple teamfights and here's what I saw:
First thing I noticed - don't pocket widow. She should be oneshotting people in the first place, and a dmg boost won't make her body shots lethal. I would have moved up to boost junkrat instead - it seemed like you wanted to do this at first but didn't want to move onto the bridge. It's safe to hide in the room directly to the left of where he was standing, and keep in mind that Mercy is an incredibly mobile character so you can reposition yourself as needed.
That first rez was in a safe spot, but you very nearly backed up to stand still in the enemy widow's los to watch your target get up. You don't need to face your target directly when resurrecting, just stay near them. Pay close attention to your surroundings when you're going in to resurrect since you're very, very vulnerable, as you saw on your second rez when the widow was right behind you. If it's in a dangerous spot (and the outcome of the game doesn't solely depend on you getting that person up, bc sometimes a dangerous rez can make or break a game), don't try it.
Make use of cover and corners more often. You're almost too hesitant and cautious with your positioning, but when you do move you seem to lose track of the enemy team - before your first death the ashe standing on the high ground could have easily taken you out, and on your second the widow had a perfect line of sight on you from the platforms above the room. She also used her ult right before this, so despite not seeing her you should have already been searching for cover as soon as you heard it.
If you haven't already, turn off the toggle and prefers beam target for guardian angel. These limit your movement and make it a lot less fluid. In addition, try to practice using mercy's superjump. It charges when you use your shift to fly to a target and launches you vertically upon pressing crouch. By abusing this and GA slingshots (you seem to be using these, pressing space to move forward or backwards at the end of a GA) you can move around teamfights very quickly and evasively, making you nearly impossible to hit in lower mmr lobbies where people can't aim super well. You seem to be afraid of going in and so your team is often out of range for your heals, but remember, Mercy's capability for quick movement is what really sets her apart from other support heroes. With superjump and slingshot you don't have to always rely on having a teammate in a convenient place for you to escape to.
Lastly, try to default to using your damage boost instead of healing since you seem to get "stuck" and forget to damage boost when people are already full, and keep your pistol out when running back to your team in case of any stray flankers looking to pick you off while you're running from spawn. Don't be afraid to use it to finish off someone who's about to get away from the rest of your team, either, but make sure you don't overcommit to getting a kill and wind up dying.
i can't explain how helpful this is, thank you so much! these are some things i didn't even have in mind during these games, means a lot :)
Hi, I prefer Toggle on now since crouch cancel = superjump. I found myself struggling with toggle off.
Can you tell me the limitations of Toggle On?
If toggle works for you then that's fine, ofc! I personally found that I feel like I have a lot more control over my movement with toggling off, since I can drop my GA just by letting go of shift instead of being forced to move all the way to my initial target and possibly into my death if I forget to press it again. I should have mentioned that I rebound my crouch key (to alt, and now to a button on my mouse) ages ago because ow1 superjumps were impossible for me to perform with default hotkeys, so I can see how that'd be a struggle if you have to let go of shift to hit ctrl. There's nothing wrong with using toggle if that's what works for you.
No problem! I hope it helps you!
