This is a trap; if you don't take it as soon as you enter, it disappears and the support doesn't restore it.

My friend, just like you, I didn't win this reward either; it disappeared when I exited the game. I waited for the support team for over a week, but unfortunately, they still haven't given it to me, so I quit the game. You can try your luck too, good luck.

Usually through in-game menu I believe there was a way or supercell website. I believe you send them a message and they ghost you.

The Support team shouldn't ghost you. We're doing our best to keep response times as short as possible.
You're right, they don't ghost you. They just say they're not gonna do anything and close the chat.

Ngl it hasn't changed from back in the day ๐. I've only ever had to reach out to support once due to purchase issue. Ended up having to have Google play handle it due to absolutely 0 support (this was about 6-7 years ago now). Iirc I was also barred from further purchases for a few weeks or months due to this. Either way a proper support channel would also make people less apprehensive about spending money, knowing if something does go wrong - they can actually be helped.
Dude, there's no such thing as a support team. I bought items on sale a while ago, but they weren't added to my account. I wrote to support, sent proof, but they still didn't add the items or refund my money. So I went and got my refund from Google Play, and this time they said I would be banned if it happened again. It was unbelievable, really.

Let me explain: For a week I tried to contact the support team regarding the errors in my refund bonuses, uploaded videos, and then came here to inform you, but I got no results and gave up. Just as you claim; you can't support people, don't try to fool anyone. People cannot be kept waiting for weeks for a solution, and this is unacceptable; it cannot be treated as normal.

There is a support team and they do care about helping. Maybe 1 agent a bit more than the other. But if you had a bad experience, that is something you can report for sure. But not everyone has bad experiences and plenty of us care about helping and creating a better experience.
