Probably worth going through the in-game player ID's vs those on the QQ and ban any that have been undertaking targetted harassment.
Again, playing on the official servers isn't a right, it's a privilege and it assumes you're following the rules. Witchhunting someone you don't like warrants just removing such people. If there's so many players that dislike Running/his friends and want to just be for lack of better way of saying it, disgusting. Then we'll just perma ban people and you can enjoy your time without him by making your own private servers.
