#[LV] Filtered conveyor modules are fast af

When you enter LV you'll noticed that, for certain things like forgehammer's Steam Multiblock, simple washer or really any super fast machine, the 20 seconds between stacks of LV conveyor modules are awfully slow.

If you want to solve this issue and don't mind of using a little zinc and Steel for some filters: as soon as you have access to an assembler you could use Filtered conveyor modules, Filtered conveyor modules move items at a wooping speed of 1 stack every tick.

Some issues are that if you want to switch between import and export you'll need to use a crowbar and Craft the other mode in your inventory (import → export and vice versa) and you could acidentally activate the filter by rightclicking with literally every item, to solve this just change the mode in the module settings from whitelist to blacklist for this to not be an issue.

something I thought should maybe be mentioned is that this requires Polyethylene which is something not everyone is making at LV. But other than that this is pretty cool :)

alternatively if you have access to the twilight forest and get some aluminium ingots from the goblins, you can make translocators which can filter 9 items and with 1 glowstone dust it can send 1 stack a tick as well, which is also super useful for reordering items in big drawers.

also your import/export issue is handled better like this because you only need to rightclick with your hands which doesn't cost durability on your tools
