Basically we have just created the outside of a massive base we're going to use as our new base of operations. We just finished the Hammer and barely went to the Nether. We have animals, farms going and efficiently. One guy is working on the healing axe, two noobs (including myself) working on the tech tree and exploring the possibilities. We have all the non-multiblock steam machines and 3-4 boilers.
We just made our first rubber, so slowly but surely moving into LV.
Yesterday we had our first get-together with everyone, and things were looking quite positive in my opinion and I think everyone had a good time.
We hosted the server 24/7 now as well, so now it's a matter of seeing who will fill the last 1-2 slots of our team.

We currently have a dirt base, with chests. 2 BBF, iron tank with 3 steam boilers solar and 1 coal boiler, chests in the dirt house, some mines, extensive farms with all crops possible almost. Automatic cactus farm, rubber trees around, nether portal
and the new base looks like a big castle made from cobble brick
which has space in the walls for wires / cables

We finished Dolly last night, so we will be moving all chests from dirt base to the new base and getting ready to fully migrate into that.
