One of my friends just joined me on server 1 EU and we wanted to join the same town and share quests (and rewards) but none of the two are working, the /mytown invite command doesn't seem to work and the guestbook isn't synced, any help?

For the mytown command when he tries to accept the invite he is prompted with a message telling him that he does not have permission
