First time i've encountered this issue. In short across my base fluid pipes at certain points keep "stalling".
From my solar boiler setup i have a large steel fluid pipe (9.6KL capacity) that keeps getting clogged with steam and a bronze fluid pipe (2.4KL capacity) that occasionally sends through 2.4KL at once but I often see it drop to 1L/s or 700/600L/s
Similarly I also see for my multiblock grinder it has steam coming in from small steel fluid pipes (1.6KL capacity) shared with my Steam Turbines and steam machines setup all on Large Bronze Fluid pipes (4.8KL capacity) but all my steam machines are almost always idle and my steam turbines are rarely taking more than 2.4KL/s as they're almost always full but the small steel fluid pipes only report throughput of 600/700L/s (was fine before the update)?
#Fluid Pipe Lag

GT pipes have something called "sloshing". It means the fluid moves around in the pipe, can go back and forth. You can stop this by shift+left clicking the end of the pipe sections, depending in which direction you wish the fluid to move, it will show an arrow when you do it. This is not lag or bug, its how the pipes work.
ive done most pipes so their input is disabled so the fluids dont flow back at certain points... it seemed to "sort itself out" though (not sure what was happening but its fine again)
shift+right clicking 😛
