The runs intent is to passive, and not rush progress to force thoughtful setups that can allow you to not micromanage and can walk away and let the base do its thing.
Another core tenent is exploring what you havnt for power generation, aswell as setup ideologies to expand your thought processes on how you could tackle challenges.
Playtime recommended is 1-3 hrs a day. You can come back another day and stuff will be done since stuff will be passived.

If you think HV is high, that is easily rushed in 2ish days, but we are going down the relaxing route, so you can understand phases of the game
Backups are every 30mins, when logged in, just annonate if you need a rollback and why

passive setups,
instead of micro craft for the super early game, just to draw out the tier length not absurdly since, passives= snowballing, vs micro you microcraft to EV then get AE

As in people that only make one item for a machine the opposite of batch craft(what is desired)

Yes where they make a machine and don't automate or make easier
By scaling their setup or system
Less so a wall of unautomated machines (but that is part of it), Ion is talking about people who do the bare minimum to progress. People who do not take the time to build infrastructure have a good deal of difficulty and a great deal of frustration trying to go through this pack. Building one of each machine without automating any of the smaller steps will slow you down in the long term anyways.
Do you guys accept beginner players too?
No reason to not take new players just know the grind really only starts after HV, and pace yourself the pack takes a few months to complete
