Worth noting that since version 2.3.0 or so the effective level of looting for the EEC has been capped at 4. Any higher level will simply be treated as 4 instead.
Still useful if you want to kill mobs manually, or use something like a killer joe!

Some low level materials have an innate looting bonus, but the bonus from a high level material eventually overcomes the difference.

Looting on a cleaver is level floor(material level / 2) + 1, on a meat-o-matic it is floor(material level / 2) + 2. If the material has any innate looting (Vinteum and Ironwood +1, Thaumium and Steeleaf +2, Mithril and Aqua +3), that is added to the level from the tool.

@spice acorn they dont have auto fortune on them but just tested Aqua Shard GT pickaxe and it has fortune 3 on it and can be taken off infinite amount of times

If looting wasnt really important, fortune 3 definitely is supposed to be a pain
Not sure is there is a way to automate it using opencomputers, but nothing else works almost certainly due to the input only slot in the press (or the xp level requirement of the template if without the restorer)
