Next time we restart I'm going to stream the whole thing (except the work part cause I'd get deleted from life)

Last time at 2.1.3qf we restarted because many recipes were broken and uev was the highest possible tier without cheating and our tier was uev

Before that we restarted at uhv, don't remember why
And now we're uhv after a month since restarting, with just a couple steps from uev

That sounds impressive would you say its mostly the experience you already have the grind or do you have some advanced strategies to make progress super quick?

The first time it took 2 months to get to uhv so experience probably helps, we just don't bother doing random unnecessary stuff and instead focus on doing what's important. First week we focused on getting AE so we only did what's necessary (power, mining, polyethylene) to get that. We don't build random "iron golem farms" or weird thaumcraft things that let you swap blocks or whatever

Thats a good amount of grind but sounds very doable

Just in terms of time commitment thank you for the inside I thought it would take much longer

To reach anything this high

4 hours a day is not much even when you have a job
at start just rush towards ae cause that's where the game begins, avoid manual work as much as possible unless it's mining with tinker's hammer - do that until you get ev and multiblock miners
at the beginning place some random ass crops asap, make beef wellington cause it's easy and eat whatever random trash to reduce the penalty on beef
plant trees in crops so you don't have to spend years manually chopping
make MANY coke ovens for charcoal and automate it asap
make multiple bronze blast furnaces, at least 8
make 2x2 arrays of ebfs and treat them like a single one (same with mbms)
and if someone says "oh just make a vanilla mob spawner" or "trade with villagers" then tell him he sucks
