I've wanted to make this in any form of art for years, and now I've finally done it

also the only open map i've ever made as well as the least time i've spent on a level, feedback is welcome

Id recommend using one extra shade of brown for the tree

As is it stands out from the rest of the level which uses more than 1 color in gradients

And covering part of the roots would give that extra seem of depth

i tried using the lighter brown

but it contrasted too much and looked bad

and because we have two shades of brown

i just didnt add shading to the trunk

i tried to make it look like the roots were growing around the cliff

not in it

Use the red looking stuff

It works in gradients

My original idea was to make the trunk dark purple

But the darkest shade wasn't enough
