the providers it's trying to load are all part of System.Management.Automation.dll which should be in your assembly cache

Isn't there a config in $PSHome that controls it

I've told you what you need to do, even if you don't want to accept it. But just because this has been happening since July means very little compared to what many millions of others are having to go through right now in war torn countries, so consider yourself a bit lucky that this is one of your biggest issues right now. Personally I've had the worst year of my life & I had some really bad ones along the way. But like I said I can't help you any further than what I have, & I'm sorry that I don't have the energy right now to continue trying
