I accidently tipped over my gfs dads guitar the other week resulting in the G string tuning peg breaking off. It is a Epiphone LP Special from 2003 made in china but i cannot seem to find the tuning pegs anywhere or any measurments for that matter either. Please help me i am so beyond cooked if he finds out

and you're not cooked if you just go to him and tell him what happened and offer to replace them ... not owning up to your mistakes is what gets you cooked for sure
Don't worry, guitars are relatively resilient, and tuning pegs can be replaced.
I would also thoroughly check the neck just to make sure there's no other damage.
But don't worry, just about everything can be fixed.
And yes, definitely do tell him. He might be angry, but he'll appreciate you being honest about it and respect you more for it than you lying and him finding out anyway.
Yep agree with all above. And it will also let him know maybe the place he has his guitar is not optimal.
i know but he is known to be very problematic and harsh however that is a different thing, the neck is fine ive checked that, only the G string peg is cracked and ruined
do you know that these are fitted and not only very similar looking? im just afraid to by wrongly fitting ones
Good to hear that the neck is not broken or warped. One thing less to worry about. π
AS for not telling him (which it seems you're still considering) - he's going to know one way or another. Either he'll notice the tuning peg is new either by seeing it, or using it, or at some point your G-friend will let something slip. Guaranteed, man. Better to admit to it and deal with the immediate anger and forgiveness than to drag it out and make it worse.
Just some life advice. π
But one way or another, good luck!! π
could surely be the case, but be never plays his instruments, and i dont want to lie but i know he has a history of dealing with anger physically and is almost all of the time a douge anyway for that matter.
I just did a image search and it came up with those
But better just bring it to a shop and let them fix it properly
