are you asking about the time stamp? he's got a wah engaged and for that part instead of wahing with it he just keeps it stuck at a spot to act like a temporary eq
pretty sure he was using a ds1 rammed into some marshall for the drive tone
sounds like an octave fuzz in there too though

the lead tone is not that special , just a high gain ish amp with some delay and reverb
with the top end rolled off or on the neck pickup
