Learning engine no. 9 (deftones)

I’ve been learning to play Engine No. 9, and I can play most of the song, but I get stuck between time stamp 2:15 and 2:45 in the song.

I’m definitely a beginner, but I can read tabs. My main issue is understanding what’s happening in that section—I get lost, and when I slow the audio down, the sound quality is just bad which doesn’t help.

If anyone could send me a slightly slowed-down video of that part, along with some accurate tabs, I’d really appreciate it. I haven’t had much luck on YouTube. The few videos I did find didn’t match Stephen Carpenter’s actual playing, so I’m trying to stay as close to the original as possible.

Or any other advice would be appreciated too 🙂

You can slow down any video on YouTube easily with the sound mostly staying intact

And the tabs are probably on songsterr

That’s my problem when I slow it down on YouTube it just sounds ass I can barley make out what I’m hearing. I’ll have a look at the tabs on songster tho
