buy a tremolo stopper. costs like $10 and all you need to do is drill 2 holes in the spring cavity in the back of the guitar body. this allows you to only pitch downwards using the floyd rose, but it allows you to downtune much easier and is a fully reversible modification
So it just makes so i can change the tuning to lower using it?

Is it possible to tune it down using only the screw on it or not? My guitar still have the nut locks so it will still be a little headache everytime i wanna change it
the fine tuning screws likely wont have enough thread to tune lower than a full step lower, thats if youre lucky
