ATHm20x ... can't beat that in price vs quality
I see a lot of those. Can you send me like a cheap, but still good version? Because I don’t really know if what I’m getting is good or even the right one. I see monitor ones and others and I’m kinda confused
Thank you so much!
Nobody will listen to me, but I'll just be a voice crying out in the wilderness.
There are a number of exceptional $20 iems.
Moondrop chu ii
Truther Gate
7hz/Salnotes Zero 2
Tang'zu Wan'er
If you need closed back headphones get the creative Aurvana live, but all of the listed iems are better sounding.
Also all of those iems are way better than the kz ones people always recommend.
I wouldnt buy 20 dollar headphones for anything
im sure they work, but youll get better quality, lifetime, and probably sound out of a better pair, even under 100 bucks
like i said voice crying out in the wilderness:(
i lived audio for years
casting pearls before swine 🙁
the moondrop chu ii are built better and sound better than 99.999% of audio products
I SEVERELY doubt that
you could be right
but ive literally not once heard of moondrop
he also very much said headphones and not IEMs
which kinda implies over ears
ok
im used to it by now
all i can say is do ur own research and if ur happy thats all that matters
hopefully i planted a seed
🙂
but inears usually are not really good for tracking
overears have natural isolation
Not if they are open back, which is generally preferable for me
Sennheiser HD6XX is relatively cheap and well regarded
Hd6xx are really good
But i actually sold my hd600's these $20 iems are so good, not enough of an audible difference for me to justify the price difference.
I also have glasses and the tight clamp on the sennheisers hurt my temples with the glasses
For.mixing yes... For tracking no
love my k240s
cheap for a solid pair of over ears from recognizable brand
there's a reason they're so common with producers and studios.
PLUS they're like semi open back, which is a nice middle ground
PLUS the headphone cable is mini xlr at the headphone end which means it's replaceable
PLUS they're very comfy. I love them so much i bought a standalone microphone cus I like them better than my headset
so i use them for everything now
They're pretty nice but not super flat ... So not really good for mixing
But for tracking they actually would work really well because of the low end rolloff
I got one that seemed like the same on amazon. But I got it for $5 cheaper
Seemed ? Or IS the same ?
I think it is
