I'm planning on eventually putting G12M greenbacks with alnico golds but I am going to be using gain between low and high for different tones and I was wondering if I would need the higher watt G12M creambacks or not, I am planning on using a Revera Rockcrusher attenuator so I wouldn't blow the speakers. if you have any ideas for speaker combos let me know.

Or warehouse guitar speakers greenback

That one is more faithful to the original

The invader 50

Yeah that's a good source

#

Also if you don't have an alnico gold I can sell you one

I already have everything I need in my cart on eBay

If you're getting them with custom speakers then just get zilla to make you one if you're in the uk

Originally I was going to go with the 1960A but the speakers sounded fizzy

Oh right would be hard for me to sell you my alnico golds then

#

Hmm idk

#

Maybe mojotone?

Btw I'm trying to get a good lead tone and I'm probably going to be doing a lot of I guess high gain but just enough to get a lot of sustain if you know what I mean

#

Not where it sounds like static but actually has a good lead sound

I'm down between I think the invader 50 with the alnico gold or the G12M creamback with the alnico gold. Although I haven't really heard much lead through those mixed like that

#

My original plan was the greenbacks but they can't handle a cranked 100 watt head

#

They can if I'm going to use a attenuator which I am
