Try Fminor D# C#maj7 C7
Or Fminor Cminor7 C#maj7 C7
ok thank you
i also want to learn the "solo" i think thats what its called
I'll check later, if it won't take too much time, then fine, i'll figure it out. Do you know how to read tabs?
yes
also how do you do the chords? like i googled some and they have different positions
like a lot of different positions
It doesn't really matter, but if you want to add the riffs then it matters
You can put capo on first fret and play Eminor D Cmaj7 B7
Or
Eminor Bminor7 Cmaj7 B7
i found something
here u go
@wraith patio
oo
okok
alright
wel uh
in my country i cant access reddit
crap.
uh
let me try smt
fudge
Just finished Canto V a few days ago, and holy shit, it was so good I had to do something about it-
I tried my best to transcribe both guitar parts, as well as the leitmotif at the start (which you can ignore to be more accurate to the original). The original song is also overlapped and EQ-ed for a better comparison. I know there are some synci...
YES FINALLY
@wraith patio
i checked it and the verse parts are kinda weird
that like a specific chord?
and i do not know how to strum it
You gotta mute all the strings except the ones the tabs show you. When you see xxxx it means you mute all the strings at once only one mute. You keep strumming up and down always.
Something similar to what john frusciante does on the song cant stop
o
what about that 3 looking symbol
its at the part where the notes are supposed to be long
I'm not sure
Maybe it means keep the note ringing untill the next note
Ask chat gpt
Also it the strumming part you have to bar the 10 fret on the 2 strings i think
And mute with the thumb the upper string
And mute with the finger the A string
Imo that possition isn't very healthy on your joints
ion think i can do that-
that seems very not possible as my fingers are very small
I believe it isn't true though
it means tremolo picking
you just pick as fast as you can until the next note
well thats new
I mean, it isn't easy possition in the first place, gotta practise it to make that stretch
hm
is there any exercises to maybe get better at it
Learn some john frusciante riffs. The can't stop riff for example
It will give you the feel for it
oo okok
Not sure actually if john bars like that though
wym bars
I mean, bar with the finger the 2 frets together
i do not understand
It's like, press only 2 strings with the finger
While muting all the other ones
Here, like that
That's what they do it the song. Or at least in the tabs
I don't use it a lot
alright thank you🙏
Kind of a strong strain on the joints. Isn't healthy
it strums once with x x x 10 10 x
and then
goes to x x x 12 10 x
then x x x 13 10 x
really?
I didn't see, more like 10 and 10 on the d and g strings switching ti 12 and 13
does that mean i need to use 2 fingers for that
and the thumb muting the top string
You gotta keep the index finger at the same place, and solo with the remaining one
If you notice, 10 on D string always remains 10
That's the index finger bar
Yes
And with index you mute the A string as well
Or with the thumb as well if you can reach
i dont think i can do that
That's how i think it's played anyway
I didn't see live performance or something
But i can play you the exact thing and sound the same
oo
could you? if you dont mind
Yeah, after you get the basic technique you can get into the details
I dont have power to do that, lol
owh ok
You're welcome
Kind of. At least it increases the risk of injury. But a lot of techniques aren't that healthy for the wrist and fingers. That's one thing you should decide for yourself if you are willing to take the risk. I took the risk and i have pains in my finger. But who knows, maybe it's not from playing even.
They say the healthiest way to play is the way classical guitarists play
But you won't be able to do cool funky stuff that way
So everything has its price
Warm up nicely before playing and you might be fine
oo alright thanks for the warning
Np
Guitar teachers on youtube wont say it cuz they want money, so a lot of them will not talk about it
For how long do you play?
like lifetime or in a day
Lifetime
oh about a month or two so far
Oh
It isn't the easiest song in that case
If you see it's too hard better learn something else
Like-cant stop
To get you started
With the rithm
oo okok
A lot of lessons on that song on youtube
alright
You can learn the song get lucky by daft punk too
It has that mute technique kinda
Still ain't the easiest stuff
If you dont know basic strumming patterns
oo alright
