Yamaha FG-151 mij or FG-401?

They are both around 269 usd in my currency
The fg401 is made in Taiwan while the other one is Japanese

There is a little heart shaped paint difference at the bottom right (I'm guessing there used to be a sticker there) but it's no deal breaker for me

Guys sorry but Is it worth 269 usd? Compared to a new guitar you can get for 269 is it worth it? (Like used but not old) I'm no collector idc about vintage Is the guitar going to have it rough later on its life span? Is it more likely to have an issue considering it's old (truss rod, bridge...) ? It doesn't really bother me that it has cosmetic flaws but if it will make it hard to resell it does make me reconsider
