i need help getting this tone (still cant get it right)

im pretty new n im still not very familiar with effects, i have a very basic knowledge of them so im struggling to replicate a tone like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hR_AlsTkBwQ

i use guitar rig 6 amp sim

Switch to whatever amp is closest to an ac30

Set it so that there's some distortion when you pick harder

Turn up the master volume so you get the thick sounding notes (compression)

i read that tk (the artist of the song) usually uses a twin reverb amp, though im struggling to get the overdrive right

Hmm maybe a good bit of difference but also just turn down the tone knob and up the gain

Change the frequencies on the amp to account for it

still tryting to get the tone right

i cant seem to be getting that kind of squealy distortion and scrapey sound

could it be also cuz i have a strato instead of a telecaster

cause i js dont know how i can achieve a sound like that i tried different distortion pedals on my sim

together w the amp that was said the artist of the song uses

Balance your gain between your amp and pedals low gain on the amp mid gain on a boost/od pedal and max volume maybe roll down your guitars volume knob and yes try use an ac30 amazing versatile amp my personal favourite and one of the best ever made

If you run a sim and already did with the gain between your amp and pedals a good distortion pedal would be the tomsline firecream with low sustain but high tone and matched volume

i use guitar rig 6 pro i dont think it has that pedal

this is the setup currently

ac box is the vox ac30 counterpart and bite is a boss sd1 counterpart

i dont even think the bite pedal does anything cuz when i disabled it it doesnt do any difference
