Romanza is a beautiful piece, and the beginning few bars sound good so far.
Concentrate on keeping your fingerpicking consistent and smooth, and smoothen up your chord changes with your fretting hand a bit.

Whenever I played song on my guitar, it sounded off and I later found out it’s because I had a classical and not a acoustic gutair so I changed to something that will sound good in classical gutair

There's a littel bit tricky chord change coming up in bar 7, where you have to 1/2 bar at the 5th fret. Take that very slowly and just get used to the shapes.
Then you hae to bar at the 7th fret in bar 9 and do a bit of a stretch with your pinkie in bar 11 while holding that bar at the 7th fret.
Yes, the guitar does make a difference. It's a traditional classical piece, so it will sound best on classical guitar, but you can play it on any guitar. It's just easier to fingerpick a piece like this on a classical guitar.
