41 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
"cheap" the baseline of actual-name-brands stuff starts at 100ish usd
signatures go for more
#kiyst-pickups enola
the average duncan is 100ish
a dimebucker is 120-150 depending on retailer
an emg 81 (you also have to swap out the electronics for more) is 100
james hetfield emg is 120
How are Steinberger pickups?
ooo didnt see that channel ty
The enola is basically a jb clone
steinberger...makes...pickups?
yeah just buy at kiyst half the price for the same thing
Same way like schecter and shit do in house
Nope
hive ii are on the more modern metal side of stuff
i wouldnt use those for metallica but you definitely can
wait are you just looking at oem dismantled parts lmao
whats oem 🤨
oh valid yeah
The Steinberger ones are HSH for $35
I honestly know nothing about pickups so idk if it's good price
They are basically just trying to get rid of them and make a few bucks at in instead of throwing them away
And probably just gonna sit on the market for a while
those are not gonna be better than your ibanez pickups bruh
What about the Legator?
you also need wiring conversation because i remember the 420z and a few other rgs in that line coming with active pickups
so very likely new pots needed if you want to go passive (legator hive iis) instead
Nope passive
They are passive
oh good enough
