How much is a decent guitar? I don't need a high end guitar but I'd like a decent one

mid range: $500-1000
high end: $1000+
some $400-ish guitars are built really well i.e. squier classic vibe, paranormal series but you really see a difference in quality past $500

Yeah my player seiries strat was awesome, awesome playability out of the box, these cheap Chinese made guitars have nothing on a quality mexican or even better american made one.

You could get a squire affinity stray for 20 dollars more that will be much better quality controlled
