Hey guys i was thinking of buying a new electric guitar but im hesitating because i have a harley benton st-20 which was bought like 8 years ago and performs good. Do you think i should buy a new one? And if so what do you recommend? (i play a lot). My budget is 500 or 450

It's imposible to answer this for you. Only you know that. What are you trying to achieve? Do you need another guitar? If you don't, don't buy it. Specially if you don't even have an idea of what appeals to you. There are a zilion different types of guitars within your budget

I don't even know who Tim Hensons is. I just recommend you get a Made in Japan instrument over another Asian or mexican. If you get one.

The question is if you even want a new guitar lol and if so, what shape or what does it need to be able to do. But yeah looks like you're fine with the one you have, for now

We fixed it with melding like 2 years ago

But i wont have money for a guitar in the future

So tim henson has this special classical guitar, do you mean that? Or the electric guitar that looks like an Ibanez AZ series?

to me there isn't such thing as a beginner guitar

only good guitars, or bad guitars

we don't really know waht you specifically want out of a guitar

so suggesting something isn't easy

I mean i want everything, i want to play really complex things so having a good clear noise and a good crunched noise is essential

and u cant “want everything”

wanting everything in this context implies u also dont know everything

so u actually dont want everything, u just want everything you want to play, not everything there is to play

I wish I had a way to buy one of their custom shops from Japan. They are absolutely fire but for some reason they are sold only in Japan. Even at gas stations!
