So i would also want to vary where i play these chords. Maybe for 1 section i play higher voicings, then another section, more lower.
You could use Shell voicings, just 3 or 4 note block chords. There's many things you can do to make an arrangement for this which suits your style

It's not something you should worry about at 3 months in.
Just strum some open chords.
