1.6 has stainless steel frets and locking tuners

So I’d get the 1.6

But if you have smaller hands it might be hard to play

Though necks on solars are amazing

biggest pro comes with cons as well tho, so best to just know if you prefer 7 or 6 for one reason or another

honestly i would just reccomend to buy different strings so almost any guitar should work but i would reccomend something whit highoutput hums, both guitarists use emgs which i would reccomend schecter because they have a wide variety, the hell raisers are pretty sick guitars so id look into that

But for drop A a 7 string is by far the best
