Fender Custom Shop Instruments: Opinions from Owners

I’m saving for a new bass and I was wondering if the Fender Custom Shop would be a good way to go, or if I should just get something else.

It’ll be good but imo overpriced for what you’ll get. If you’re set on something from fender and comfortable paying the asking price, then you’ll have a good time.
