Look on places like KSL, Facebook Marketplace, or ebay for the Amp, and same if you don't care about having the nicest guitar. That way, you can start and learn, then upgrade later

I second the idea to be opportunistic and buy something second hand from FB marketplace. It's basically half off the guitar. Squier strats gor for like $100 all day on FB Marketplace. I bought my PRS SE for $350. It's basically brand new, just an older model. For your first guitar I would make sure you buy it from someone who plays guitar and has it set up and ready to play. A lot of the deals on beginner guitars are from people who bought them, sat them in the closet, banged them around, broke a string or two, and it's not ready to play. You can learn to do that easy work, but picking up and playing is much better for a first.
