im a beginner but im eager nd excited to learn, hence why i wanted to buy a "secondhand" guitar

i found this vintage seagull s6. i saw a lot of ppl recommending these on reddit for beginners nd wanted to ask for your guys' input, opinion and experience with that model.

when bought new they can go for 500-700usd, so i was thinking this sounds like a pretty good deal. wdy think?

its a 35y/o guitar that was "allegedly" rarely played on and the price is '189sfr' which would be around 196usd or/and 184euros

the price also includes a guitarcase/bag, a strap, a tuning device and a chord booklet

Great little guitar. You aren’t going to find many if ANY handmade Canadian guitars for $190 US. I’d jump all over that.

I haven’t the slightest idea. I haven’t seen the guitar up close. Looks to have original box so I’d assume that if they thought to keep the box it’s probably in good shape. Judging from the pics, it looks ok.

Only thing is, for instance I can’t see whether the top is bellying or not.
