Would you guys say this is a good buy? I don’t know any other guitars at this price point that feature a killswitch and have a FR-1000…

The negative is that the specs are a bit more vague. No SD pickups and technically a licensed floyd rose

But you do get a d tuna which is good

The main advantages really vs a floating floyd Rose like on a charvel is that isn't much less of a hassle to set it up and use

No need to worry about returning to neutral

I still personally prefer charvel as it's a strat body or a dinky which is smaller and lighter

If you like the 5150 you probably can't go wrong. It's a good price, probably because it's not a hugely popular guitar.

I think the wolfgang is more popular.

The pickups being made in house also probably lowers the cost a bit.

I'd think of it as the 5150 being a bespoke guitar. The pro-mod charvels/charvel in general are guitars that are pre-modded.

Well Jackson is the only one with a low end really.

Evh stuff is more expensive than Jackon's low end stuff with the wolfgang standard.
