Between the necks not the guitars themself
Check the neck profiles the elite might be a C neck knowing fender
Size, the fretboard might have different radius,
And maybe different finish
Look at the website of you know try out the guitars
The neck profile is always listed on guitar store sites and well a big way to tell is to try out the guitars
That’s the fretboard radius
Not really the lower frets have a radius of 9.5 and at the higher frets it get flatter do the 14” radius
Ok
Iirc 335 have pretty chunky necks
Fender neck would be thinner
I don’t know cause idk the neck profile
I’m assuming both are some version of a C neck
It’s about the middle ground of necks not super thick but not super think
Then there’s modern C which is a bit thinner
That’s for you to decide
I can’t tell you that cause each person likes different necks
That’s not at all what I said play both compare both and see what neck you like best
Play tons of Strats to find the one you like
There’s hundreds of options for strat style guitars
Fender , squier, charvel, Ibanez just to name some
The only similarity is they’re both made of maple
Player is going to feel very different in terms of overall shape, and more importantly comfort
Player won’t have rolled fret edges
The joint is also different, though how much that actually matters is debatable
No
maybe the finish is different
The equivalent of the elite now is the ultra series.
I'd see if you like any other fender necks, try them if you can. I like the ones on the American Performer and Professional. Deep C is kinda chunky but still fairly comfortable.
D is nearly what Charvel has, just a little thicker.
I mean you can looked used if you want an elite
what do you have right now?
doesn't tell me what you have lol
i mean your guitars
do you have a strat?
WHAT GUITARS YOU HAVE
ok so that's 2/4
alright so it might be worth getting a new strat then, it'd probably not have the D profile but the fender C is also still pretty good
the FSR players are usually decent
Still guitars
is it just the profile you're after or generally something better?
it'd feel like a strat
the C necks are still good
though there's a difference between the mexico ones and american ones
i find the american ones a little better
i have a player and a performer and they technically have the same profile, but feel different
Yes there would
