That's pretty hard to pick out as it sounds like there's some almost random like fast picking going on with a pretty standard blues lick in the heart of it. Bend the 20th fret on the B string a whole step, then e string 17th fret, 20th fret and pull of to 17th fret. But it really sounds like he's almost just having a constant picking over that. I can't make out what's the intention there unfortunately.
