Recommendations for amps that are preferably under $170-180 with good sound quality. Do understand that I am not looking for features, I just want real good sound quality, because I am thinking of getting a boss gt1 multi-effects pedal in the near future. I know katana and fender are recommended amps but I want to know what I can get without looking for features that the pedal can provide. Thank you.

You’ve asked this for like over a month on multiple threads and got the answer from people. Make your mind up because there’s literally nothing else people on this server can do; you’re the only person that can buy the amp for yourself

I quick question to you all who are using the Boss Katana 50 MKII for over 2 years, How do you use it? Like do you operate it using the nobs or from your pc or laptop?

I asked for this because I thought that If I could get a good sounding amp with boss gt1 multi effects pedal it would be a better combo or is it just the same as buying the amp with effects?

You don’t need a multi fx especially if you can access tone studio

Well

#

I’ll explain

So the mustang has 60 slots for different sounds (distortion, modulation, etc) and 30 of the slots are already filled with presets made by fender. There are 30 blank presets, and when you click on them, you can literally customize it from the ground up: what amp, amp settings, modulation, distortion, etc

#

It’s like a multifx unit

#

Because it is one
