I would say pass on it, it's really not comfy to change your strings & tune. Sure you can block the floyd rose but why bother.
If you're a beginner you should try to have the less friction possible between you & your practice enjoyment and that floyd rose could, imo, be a killer
at what price range does a floyd rose stop being bad?
I wanted to put more emphasis on your need of a floyd rose and the potential motivation killer it is,
I've a good guitar with a floyd rose but I never play it be cause it has this floyd and I didn't have any particular reason to have one in the first place.
I think you'll have more fun avoiding it if you don't plan to use it regardless of the quality
