Trying to play this song on my acoustic, but it doesn’t sound accurate to the tabs in the video. Is it because I’m not playing fast enough?

nah i dont think soo if you check over here its for the tone of the guitar so like tuning idk how to put it in words but maybe for u its on 0 and for him it looks like its on 9. (thats my interpretation feel free to lemme know if it helped or not)

or maybe ur not playing the song on an electric guitar and prolly an acoustic

you might reference the original. if you are using a note for note tutorial with tab and a person is playing it? and thats not working? then maybe try learning the song more from the song.
