if you play it and like it? thats all it has to be about. these are usually pretty decent sounding and playing guitars as far as starter classical/nylon string guitars

Idk though you should just ask them for the model. Either way it looks like it was played a decent amount which is not a bad thing 🙂

I don't think I trust rod is mandatory on a nylon string.

The first inexpensive Yamaha I had didn't have a truss rod

Classical guitars are traditionally built without truss rods.

The string tension is much lower than with a steel string acoustic

I certainly think that I'm comfortable having a truss rod and I don't need the tradition of not having a truss rod. But I don't think someone should necessarily avoid a Yamaha or whatever that guitar is because it doesn't have a truss rod

Can certainly talk about the other ways to set it up. You still get action adjustments. You just don't get the typical relief of the neck with higher tension steel strings
