i got a used squier HH strat as my first electric guitar earlier this year, and of course i want to buy another at some point in the future. there's quite a few mods i had in mind as well (almost all of which i don't know are even possible to have on a single guitar) and i figured it'd just be easier to put them on a separate guitar. any suggestions?

gamma g50 (i also plan on getting a different amp), mostly rock/metal but i'm interested in other genres as well

Not experienced with that amp, but it seems like it might be bad to me. I would advise instead of getting a new guitar, you should get an interface like the focusrite scarlett solo. You'll be able to connect your guitar to a PC

when i say in the future i don't mean within the next couple of weeks or smth like that
i don't know when i'm getting another guitar; could be in a couple of months, maybe even a couple of years 🤷
i know for sure though that eventually i'm going to get another, and i'd like to figure everything out so i know what is and isn't possible with that guitar instead of finding out when the time comes
