(also not sure if I should go for right angle or not because I have the boss katana and idk if it's better to have straight there or to have a angle and I have a fender squire strat so I would say I would want a straight for that part but you guys lmk)

Right angles are nice for the guitar jack. Coiled.l cables don't tangle and retract back to form.

Even cheap musicians gear cables for 10 work just as fine. I have live cables from GC that have been gigged and toured hard since 2013 or so that are fine and still function today.

For further guidance on coiled cables you may reach out to the all knowing google or ask Jeeves.

I have straight cables and recently got a coiled one I've been using for the past month or so, because I was tired of the straight cable getting tangled. I got the LiveWire one, forgot what length. But it works as intended. Right angle at guitar jack

Something I eventually learned is to not buy mass-produced cables. I used to be loyal to Monster Cables and they lasted longer than the standard prolines but they still had issues. As I've become more of a gear snob I now get my cables custom made with highest quality materials. I started buying all my long cables from https://www.caulfieldcables.com/. THey're a little more expensive but so worth it.
