Iirc Jimi Hendrix generally maxes out bass, mid and treble, not 100% sure on purple haze. Cant get you much further then that though sorry

Its not getting all that lost in the mixed, its just got a lot of reverb. the guitar in the intro has a mix of about 80% reverb, ambient mode from an oto, and then uses a small amount of delay from an Echodream 2. Also some chorus.

The heavier parts have like 90% reverb mix, sounds like its got a bit of shimmer in it too. Also mixed with distortion.
