#Why Ultrasoft, Hypersoft, Supersoft are really rare to use or shows in tv?

Im wonder there are many tyres in F1 and theres only a few tyres are frequently used
But why 3 softer tyres never shown up in tv or use that?
I think what you are referring to is the 2018 and before set of tyre compounds (image below)
Currently Pirelli have a set of 5 compounds (as well as inters, wet), c1-5 ranging from harder tyres to softer respectively. Each race week they choose a set of 3 to release to the teams (usually 3 in consecutive order but not always). These are designated soft Medium and Hard tyre compounds for the specific race weekend.
Because of this at one race the c3 tyre may be the soft tyre compound (red marked) and at another it may be the hard tyre (white marked)
Are they ever use those 3 wheels?
This video explains a bit more
Only 3 colours to worry about, see what the Pirelli line-up looks like for 2019.

how long did super hards last?
They were never actually allocated to a race
I don’t think I’ve even seen a footage of a driver using one in a race
Yes that is because they never were. The fia appoints three compounds for every race, but they never actually allocated the superhard
So they were just there for theory...
Yeah basically
The super hard was simply there as a back up in case the 2018 compounds were deemed too soft, that never happened so the super hard was never used. In addition the super hard wasn't even new, it was the 2017 hard compound, every other 2018 compound except the ultra and hyper softs were exactly 2017 compounds but named one step harder.
