Definitely read the comment for some things that are also important, they left some things out to keep it really basic. Other than that, I think you’ll learn as you go. Most broadcasters repeat basic info (e.g. soft vs hard tyres) and what is means for the drivers/teams. The internet has tons of info as well, and this forum is of course packed with beginner questions. And you can always ask new questions here
