Just started a new playthrouhg and I keep getting the Rivals indicator for the sidequest, however, when I open the app and explore (?) what I can, the mission is not complete and I keep getting the indicator to open it. Am i doing something wrong? How do I explore my rival's businesses and the rival attack?
