So it might be from some utility you use for streaming
And seems like something's gone borked with the system they're using to display the window of that twitch chat thing to you

Does OBS have an integration with twitch chat?
Presuming the error hasn't changed, the thing responsible for the crash is a transparent twitch chat window (I presume some sort of overlay)
So wherever that is coming from would be the issue
