Go into your starbound folder, under storage, you will find your logs there. Just post the latest.

I'd just say delete everything in your mods folder and unsub from steam

#

Then just re-install everything, make sure there are no duplicates.

because there seem to be multiple issues

in a lot of cases, Starbound reports only the first issue it comes across, particularly if it causes a crash

these folders shouldn't be here

I suggest removing those folders as well as ..\mods\ai, ..\mods\cinematics, and ..\mods\codex, and those folders only.
