Idk what’s going on with this without a log
I tried recreating it by doing bounties but never encountered it

I no-lifed to make that planet
at the beginning M32 was just that planet (in a proto form), and wasn't called M32 yet. It was just "red_forest". Was just a forest biome with a parallax change. so that the green plants were recolored to reds oranges and yellows.
oh yeah and it didn't work either
because it was part of my intro to modding

This is a bit hard for me to explain but this error shows alongside the "real" error. Not directly next to it though. Try searching "bounty" and look for an error that shows <something>.config.patch

you know the vanilla bounty couldnt be more broken -_- someone might as well make a custom bounty mod themselves
even when i was playing vanilla it never failed to glitched out with captain ''ignoble'' dying for real XD

since it's a planet dungeon and encounters mod
i can't beam down to any planet anymore because these things are everywhere :/

yeah so these are the line of codes i found to be causing a bounty target not to spawn
same one someone reported in a thread on project redemption bugs and glitches
the bounty target is a custom race Called Nuu from Lemon Drop's Maple32 Mod
does this only happen with custom races or have you seen this occur with vanilla bounties too?
I see, hmm, I recall that the other person who had this issue that you're mentioning managed to resolve it after removing something dialogue related to their race, I think, they mentioned removing some code, presumably from their custom race and things started working again
I'll have to take a look into the Nuu here, there's a chance they might be missing some type of dialogue here and that's causing the issue
My custom races are as follows Avikan, Droden, Aegi, Trinkan, Nuu, Glutt, Lastree, Lamia, Indix, Scorsheep, Lyceen, Arcanian, Gilten, Extrasolar Human, Floran Liberator, Glitch Free Thinker, Mandalorian, And IG Series,

from the outset, I'm noticing that the Nuu from Maple32 don't have any patched dialogue for bounty npcs and bounty targets
they do have patches for the clue_bounties and the clue_npcs dialogue files though
I think there's a good chance that the cause of this issue is that the Nuu lack dialogue lines for the bounty and bountytarget dialogue files
then again, taking a quick look at FU's files, it doesn't bother to make patches for those files either and for whatever reason I've heard of no issues with PR and FU regarding FU's bounty targets...
@lyric furnace has this happened every time that you've had a Nuu bounty?

hmmm, then the issue might be with the missing lines of dialogue then, the only way to know for sure would be a full log
i don't think i can replicate the log of it anymore but i will try if possible
also could be noted that i don't run FU
all the races are seperate
well, in any case, I'm going to recommend that @native nacelle patch in Nuu dialogue for the bounty and bountytarget dialogue files, that might resolve things here
do let us know if this issue persists after maple32 has updated to account for the missing dialogue, in that case it's likely something on my mods end then

yep! some other weapons are dyeable too. you can check by the small '(Dyeable)' in the top-right corner in the tooltip, below the level label

i love the game when it didn't forced us to become a space knight
but i have mods that enforced the lore on it so sandbox mods don't really work for me
there's the Story Disabler mod! as far as I know, it's the only mod of its kind that tricks other mods into thinking you did the story

they usually don't spawn at all so it never failed just never spawn so i had to abandon the quest manually

I don't think missing dialog is the problem, since there is a preset default. Especially because I am having no bugs on my end. But I don't know what else it could be.
I really would prefer a whole log as a .txt or something, if it is possible.
