The the whole of Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy regions.

I'm not going to post it, but there is a video on Telegram that appears to show Ukrainian soldiers executing a wounded Russian soldier (there are multiple bodies) near Dmytrivka, Kyiv Oblast where several Russian vehicles were destroyed a few days ago. The video appears genuine.
